VULOG is seeking a talented and business-orientated Data Scientist.

Reporting to the Lead Data Scientist, you will use a large variability of tools linked to data science and data analysis (Python, R, Tableau, Grafana, SQL, InfluxDB…) in order to help our clients optimize their service.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing administrative assistance :

• Help improve our machine learning model
• Explore and analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop new features (python, R)
• Help build a strong data visualizations tool that brings added value to our clients
• Present your results to our clients

• You have already worked on data science projects and are familiar with the main machine learning tools: linear regression, logit regression, KNN, K-means clustering (neuronal networks is a big plus)
• You have a strong background in computer science (knowing python is a plus)
• You are comfortable with the manipulation and analysis of complex, high volume, of data from varying sources and have the basics in SQL. We don’t ask candidates to know everything, willingness to learn matters.
• You are autonomous, rigorous, proactive and have a strong intellectual curiosity and ability to structure and solve difficult problems
• You are able to communicate your work with your colleagues and present your results to clients
• You have a good level in English (both spoken and written). French is a plus!
