The position

Job description

You will join the Marketing department and more precisely the B2B Marketing team, in charge of generating a pipeline of sales opportunities in key strategic industries.

As a B2B Marketing Executive you will focus your initiatives on the German market.

Your missions:

- Adapt and execute the global B2B Acquisition Strategy in Germany to achieve high-growth business objectives (MRR/ ARR)
- Identify and execute appropriate events such as webinars, demos, and professional physical fairs in Germany
- Create ABM campaigns with identified key accounts in top priority’s industries
- Create and execute premium content marketing campaigns (eg. white paper, uses cases, etc.) and work closely with the Brand & Content team
- Analyze data to monitor performance and seek improvements
- Align all revenue functions (BDR, AE’s & indirect sales teams) via timely bounded campaigns to generate high value pipeline


More About You:

- You already have a convincing experience of +2 years in B2B Acquisition in a tech/fast-paced environment. Experience in SaaS is a plus.
- You know the following tools: Hubspot, Salesforce, Intercom, Livestorm, Notion, etc.
You are business-oriented, and you have an analytical mindset; you’re informed by data
You are native in German and your oral and written communication skills in English are excellent. French is a plus.
- You have good project management skills
- You can work with diverse stakeholders
- You are creative and willing to go the extra mile to help your team and share your expertise
- You can keep the big picture in mind and can prioritize your to-dos properly
- You have a cheerful, enthusiastic, and sociable personality

 

Recruitment process:

1. A first phone call with a Talent Acquisition Manager to discuss in further details

2. This will be followed by a 30min interview with our Head of B2B Marketing

3. The next step is a case study

4. Last round : you will meet with our CEO
