HarfangLab is a cybersecurity scale-up, and we have developed an Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software to detect and mitigate modern cyberattacks on a company's workstations and servers. Our algorithms detect abnormal behaviors and generate security alerts or block program execution.

From 18 to 85 employees in 2023, HarfangLab is experiencing hypergrowth and has already achieved several significant milestones: winners of the Ministry of Defense's cyber challenge in 2019, recipients of the BPI's I-Nov competition in 2020, and software certified by ANSSI in 2021.

Our initial clients include CAC40 industrial companies and government entities. We completed our first funding round of €5 million in 2021 and our second funding round of €25 millions in 2023, which will enable us to strengthen our teams, and to expand internationally in Europe.

Our mission is to protect businesses and government agencies from modern cybersecurity threats (cybercrime, data theft, influence) that endanger the economic health of companies and the security of the nation.

 



     

    Why are we hiring?


    As a Channel Manager (Partners Tier 1), you will be a key player in driving HarfangLab's revenue growth. Our strategy is an indirect strategy that involves utilizing a network of MSSP (cybersecurity service provider) partners to sell our solution.

    Since our EDR must always be monitored at our customers' premises by our partners over time, these partners are at the forefront of selling our solution and their associated services.

    You will be responsible for several key partners with the following responsibilities:

    • Thoroughly mapping partner accounts and maintaining constant interaction with their entire sales force!
    • Tracking incoming opportunities from partners and collaborating with the sales teams associated with these opportunities,
    • Organizing partner skill-building in collaboration with the training department,
    • Coordinating partner events in collaboration with the marketing department,
    • Regularly participating in industry events such as trade shows, forums, and IT meetings, etc. Regular travel to the Paris region to meet our partners' entities is expected.

     

    About you?

      • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Channel Manager,
      • You work in the cybersecurity field or a related domain,
      • You excel in communication and have previous experience working with national key account partners,
      • You have the ability to effectively map key accounts and navigate within organizations to promote your company,
      • You possess curiosity and proactivity; partner engagement is an ongoing process, and you know how to gather and leverage information effectively,
      • You are business-oriented and determined to contribute to your company's growth,
      • You enjoy traveling and maintaining regular contact with partners,
      • You are diplomatic and humble,
      • Fluent French and English language skills (both written and spoken) are essential.



    What you can expect from your team

    The team currently consists of 3 people.

    You will be in daily contact with the Pre-Sales and CSM teams to support you on the technical aspects with our clients and partners.

          The hiring process

          1. A 30-minutes call,
          2. A 30 Visio with the Channel Manager Lead,
          3. A 1-1.5 hour on-site interview,
          4. A psychometric test to assess your motivations and soft skills,
          5. A final HR video appointment to review your soft skills and motivations.
