Descriptif du poste

Within the People&Finance team of 3 people, your main mission will be to manage all the HR scope of our team in France (Lyon/Paris) and abroad. You will work closely with Loïc our CEO.

HR/People development management

  • Operating Performance Development plan with all teams and managers

  • Building and operating Learning and Development plan

  • Managing admin activities related to L&D external partners

  • Benchmarking benefits/salary grid

Recruitment

  • Leading the whole recruitment process: hunting, interviews+coordinating all the next steps on time

  • Managing onboarding/offboarding (documents, welcome pack, DPAE, medical check-up registration, settle the onboarding/offboarding path)

  • Employer Branding activities through social networks and events (glassdoor, WTTJ, LK…)

Payroll administration

  • Monitoring collective and individual KPI

  • Payroll preparation with Payfit (sick leave, allowances…) and control with the finance team

HR administration, Legal

  • Managing external relations with various partners (pension, mutual insurance, public organisations…)

  • Managing Performance and employment law challenges

Daily life/HR support/Culture

  • Being the key point of contact concerning HR questions

  • Being the key point of contact concerning payroll/travel/office management questions with the finance team

  • Tracking hardware stock and facilities

  • Organising activities for all employees to convey and develop our great 365Talents Culture

Profil recherché

  • First HRBP/HR Manager experience (1-2 years)

  • Ownership, proactivity, team spirit are the keys to success in this job

  • You speak english & french fluently

  • Great communication skills

  • You are willing to help and truly understand employees needs


Déroulement des entretiens

  • 1 first interview with your next manager, our CEO, Loïc

  • 1 interview with Julia, finance manager at the offices in Lyon

  • 1 referral call + 1 reverse referral call : you can be connected to whoever you choose in the company to have another feedback :)
