Manage portfolios embedded in the AXA Total Return strategy, participate and contribute to the investment process. The PM is also in charge of covering one or more sectors from a relative value perspective, closely working with the Credit Research team. The PM will manage autonomously clients’ requests and meetings

·       Within the Fixed Income division of AXA IM, manage Total Return portfolios for AXA (Bonds & derivatives, Main Funds & Mutual Funds)

·       Actively Contribute to the FI total return investment process dedicated to AXA

·       Actively contribute to the EUR IG investment process and the Euro Credit Alpha Group

·       Cover one or more sectors from a relative value perspective, closely with the Credit Research team, review, share and comment on sector specificities, new issues and recommendations

·       Provide FI services to the relevant AXA client in close coordination with the other teams in charge of AXA portfolios

·       Close collaboration with other FI total return strategie stakeholders (SPM)

·       Written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications & Experience :

• Significant experience in the Fixed Income area, preferably in IG credit, and good macro perception with an excellent understanding of FI asset management expertises, having experience in managing complex portfolios/ assets is “a must”
• Candidates with experience or knowledge in managing asset classes other than IG Credit, along with non-directional strategies will be considered. Familiarity with derivatives, including options, is a "plus”.Asset management within the Insurance Companies balance sheet context with a very good understanding of their specific objectives and constraints
• Experience in dealing with large institutional clients on their various needs

Required Profile :

·       5 years of experience in portfolio management

·       Strong collaborative mindset

·       Fluent in English

·       Great flexibility, attentive, proactive and dynamic, team spirit

·       Communication skills on technical topics and vanilla to complex investment ideas, ability to listen and to persuade .

·       Able to prioritize and to maintain a positive attitude in stressful and challenging situations,
