As part of its development, and its increasing openness to the world, Evaneos is looking for his/her Welcome Officer who is going to be part of the Hap’people Team whose challenge is to “Make people grow in an organization that grows itself really fast”!

The Welcome Officer will be in charge of :

Welcoming Visitors

• Reception of travellers & visitors arriving at the premises including groups
• Management of the switchboard: answering incoming calls (ENG & FR)

Welcoming Employees

• Creation of emails and badges, organization of the Newcomers agenda
• Inbound deliveries management
• Management of meeting rooms & cafeteria screens
• Events : Assistance in setting up Afterworks, birthdays and Team Meetings
• Participation in the On-boarding process: booking of the Arrival Lunch

Administrative Help

• Support Management of employee travel tickets
• Support of transport expenses
• Apetiz: Card orders & monthly refills
• Checking personnel files and relaunching missing administrative documents
• Punctual administrative support to Co-founders
