Our Professional Services (Consulting) teams is responsible for the integrating and implementing FuturMaster software to best fit our clients needs. Therefore, this team plays a central role at FuturMaster, at the crossroads between sales, product and customer support.

We’re now looking for a Project Director who’ll take the lead of a portfolio of customers including one of our long-standing, flagship customers with an global scope. - a great responsibility, which also involves leading and managing a pool of consultants with different levels of seniority in order to achieve the best results for the customer, as well as a high level of customer satisfaction and a satisfactory staffing rate.

Being Project Director at FuturMaster is a very complete position involving different dimensions:

• You’ll enable the development of the pool of consultants to meet their professional ambitions and support them on their career path while guaranteeing the adequat staffing to ensure project delivery

• You’ll manage the P&L of your portofolio as an “autonomous” entity within a large team: from planning and budgeting to the quality of the programs in your customer portfolio, always working on continuous process improvement.

• You’ll be the privileged point of contact and playing a pivotal role between the sales function and our customers, participating in all the key strategic stages of the project: pre-sales, negotiation, project implementation, deployment, seeking new opportunities through existing customers.

And finally, this also includes being the spokesperson for FuturMaster’s influence, both internally and externally, with our customers and partners in order to enhance FuturMaster vision and ambition for the future.

• You have proven experience in managing software integration projects in consulting or equivalent, in the Supply Chain field or a similar complex industry.

• You also have successful management experience, and a real desire to support your teams in their professional development.

• You have a strong appetite for the Supply Chain sector, and an excellent understanding of the issues and challenges associated with it or a similar track record in a complex industry.

• Negotiating with customers and internal stakeholders is part of your daily routine; the Project Director is FuturMaster’s main contact with the customer.

• You are recognized for your ability to mobilize the relevant internal players around your projects/topics.

• You know how to prioritize and make coherent trade-off to deliver your results.

• As FuturMaster and its customers transition to the cloud, it’s important that you’re comfortable with transforming environments and the challenges that come with them.

• You are fluent both in French and English.
