Josh works as a Sales Director at Linkfluence's Singapore office overseeing the APAC markets. His primary goal, along with an amazing team of Social Data geeks, is to evangelise the clients about the best practices of Social Intelligence and to help them to harness the potential of Social Media Data.

He has 6 years' experience in social intelligence, owned media analytics, and market research from Asian markets.

Aside from hustling at Linkfluence, Josh is also a magazine contributor on topics pertaining to travelling, technology, and politics.

Every day, he bothers his colleagues with random facts of the day kind of talk and is constantly recruiting everyone around the office and even clients to join him on cycling trips.

With a background in international politics and human rights, Yutong joined Linkfluence in June 2019 as a Social Data Analyst so she can fulfill her dream of earning a living as a full-time social media lurker.

A life-long admirer of Gustave Le Bon and Émile Durkheim, she now integrates her academic interests into daily tasks and enjoys every day at Linkfluence observing online human behavior and providing intriguing insights for clients based on her findings.

Yutong is a die-hard League of Legend/Zelda(BOTW) player. A self-taught artist as well, when in good humor, she can "see" and thus draw the Dæmons (guardian animals) of her colleagues.

Krysta Gahagen is a Key Account Manager who is passionate about building partnerships with clients and delivering solutions-based work. She was the first US-based Linkfluence team member and has worked with enterprise companies in San Francisco for over seven years. She found her way to Linkfluence via acquisition in 2018 and liked it so much she decided to stay.

When she's not at the office she can often be found at the airport or on the road visiting a customer. In her spare time, Krysta enjoys cooking, making music, and watching live comedy. She is passionate about building strong connections in both her personal and professional life.

After her studies in business school and a specialization in Marketing Management, Clémence worked first in a digital agency and then in a consulting firm in Marketing and Data in Paris.

Attracted by Big Data and the start-up environment, she joined Linkfluence as a Consultant in 2015 when the Pre-Sales division was just created. Her role was to support the sales teams in the acquisition of new accounts and the response to tenders.

At the beginning of 2018, she seized the opportunity to become a Sales Executive to support her clients over the long term.

Nicolas is VP Engineering at Linkfluence. He joined the company as a young engineer in 2011 to contribute to the creation of Linkfluence’s SaaS offer. As passionate about designing distributed systems as he is about designing Machine Learning models, Linkfluence is his ideal playground.

An Anglophile, he is now looking for the missing link between punk rock and hip hop. The rest of the time, he plays football on the rainy grounds of the Parisian periphery.

Noémie has been a Social Data Researcher at Linkfluence for more than two years. Having educational background in Literature and communication and after working in web and editorial communication and in a PR agency, she found her place in Linkfluence's research department.

Seduced by the challenges of methodology and analysis of role, she first joined the team on fixed-term contract. With the growth of the company and the department, she’s then hired on permanent contract. She works on different industries and topics as fashion, cars, vaccines or yoghurt, often in a team which allows her to understand the different market and develop strong team spirit.
