*Team* 

You will be part of the Revenue Strategy & Operations team with a focus on Marketing. You will work on topics ranging from Lead Generation to SDR Performance Improvement and overall Marketing Dashboarding.

*Key Responsibilities*

I. Performance Management

1. Define Guidelines: Establish guidelines for end-to-end marketing pipeline management to optimize lead generation and conversion.

2. Pipeline Tracking: Track the evolution of marketing pipeline metrics and ensure that data is regularly updated for accurate analysis.

3. Dashboarding: Develop, refine, and maintain weekly dashboards to monitor key marketing metrics, track performance and measure ROI of our various marketing initiatives.

II. Process Optimization

1. Tool Deployment: Provide Marketing teams with cutting-edge tools and processes, leveraging platforms like Pardot and Apollo to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Tool Configuration: Configure marketing tools to align with specific business needs and objectives, maximizing their utility and impact.

3. Tool Adoption: Drive adoption of marketing tools through comprehensive documentation, training programs, and ongoing support initiatives.

III. Program Coordination

1. Campaign Prioritization: Define priority actions for key marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and revenue potential.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with overall business objectives.

3. Friction Removal: Identify and address obstacles in the marketing execution process, fostering proactive problem-solving and effective communication channels.

IV. Proficiency Development

1. Marketing Coaching: Provide coaching and mentorship to marketing teams, focusing on strategy refinement, creative thinking, and campaign execution.

2. Training Content: Develop and disseminate marketing training materials and resources to enhance the skill set of marketing professionals across the organization.

3. Training Plans: Design comprehensive training plans tailored to both collective team needs and individual skill development, fostering continuous growth and improvement.


*Key Skills*

1. Marketing Operations Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion optimization.

2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform strategic marketing decisions and drive performance improvements.

3. Tool Proficiency: Strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or Apollo along with other relevant marketing software and analytics tools.

4. Training and Development: Proven ability to mentor and develop marketing talent,

with a focus on fostering creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking

5. Project Management: Effective project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

6. Summarize and communicate clearly the results of your analysis to leadership.

7. Language Skills: Fluency in English, French is a plus.
