Shine is the first banking app to offer much more service than just banking: it’s an all-in-one tool for independent workers, which makes their life easier in every aspect. We have a large typology of users (from developers, designers… to Uber driver, Deliveroo bikers) that have different needs and feature usage. As a Product Marketing Manager, your job will be to understand the voice of the customer to develop impactful product narratives.

What you’ll be doing

• You will work closely with the Product, Engineering, Content, and Growth Marketing teams to prepare features launches & awareness
• You will acquire a deep understanding of our users needs or lack of product understanding by doing interviews, reading support tickets, animating feature requests board…
• You will capitalize on your user knowledge to craft captivating landing pages, blog articles, videos, in-app messages, FAQ articles, animate webinars…

Background

• You have experience in product marketing, product management or a relevant marketing role
