What will you do?

You will join our finance team to manage accounting data and cover financial risks and obligations worldwide.

Your mission:

• You will ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance for all data and build world-class process to achieve quality closing within short delay, maximizing analytics for the rest of the Finance department,
• You will ensure a full compliance of Spendesk accounting data with local and global regulations (tax return, VAT…),
• You will guarantee the best interaction with other departments to gather the best information,
• You will become an expert of the Spendesk platform, testing all new features and being able to help teams improving the solution.

What are we looking for? 👉

• 5-7 years of experience in Finance function (Finance and Administrative Manager, Senior Accountant…)
• You are very organized and have the capacity to prioritize tasks and get things done,
• You have great communication skills and good written & oral presentation,
• You have a great adaptability skills to work in a constantly evolving and fast paced environment,
• You are autonomous and fully manage your scope,
• You have an analytical mind and run analysis to understand financial data,
• You have implemented an ERP/Accounting software in your past experience
• You are fluent in French and English.
