Our mission is to build the most developer-friendly and customizable CMS on the market. The bottom line is everything we do delivers value to the users. Whether it’s the open-source community, customers, or partners, our priority is to deliver valuable software to our users. We take a user-centric and solution-oriented approach to make pragmatic choices.
We make data-driven decisions and interact with users as frequently as possible to get the correct data and insights. Software requirements and users’ needs change faster than you can deliver software. This is why we try to follow the Agile principles in our work. We try to follow the “iterate, learn, and increment” cycle when building Strapi.

Product Team
Our mission is to build the most developer-friendly and customizable Headless CMS and Cloud on the market while offering an unforgettable content editing experience. Alone? No, thanks to an amazing community of Strapi enthusiasts. We also plan to build the biggest ecosystem of plugins to fit any use case. We define ourselves as an open-source product rather than a project. We follow product principles by iterating rapidly to deliver value as soon as possible to the maximum number of users. We don't build for specific problems or users. We are looking for impactful actions to reach and help millions of people who want to create, manage and share content.

Our mission is to deliver the right value proposition to ensure Strapi is the best fit for our prospects' and customers' projects. We believe in continuous learning, a fundamental to legitimizing your recommendations and succeeding in convincing your customers to adopt your solution.
We believe in gratefulness: Respect the product and commit to the choices the engineering team has made (amongst their endless backlog and all the trade-offs) We believe in sharing. Salespeople should always take the time to share a few sentences, a screenshot, a comment... or whatever it is that gives Developers a real idea of the final usage of the product.
People and Talent team
The mission of the People team is to secure and functional remote working environment. We aim to build a unique and inclusive workspace and strengthen teams and belonging. Guiding principles It's all about humans. We strive to focus on Strapi's values and promote them via all our policies and processes.
The mission of the Talent team is to grow a healthy team of builders and solution-focused people. Our goal is to transparently showcase our unique company personality, culture, values, and mission. We want to align the global strategy with talent management. We make sure to train and coach hiring managers to offer a great candidate experience.
