🔎 What we are looking for

As a Backend Developer at Trackstone, you will be a key player in building and enhancing the backend functionalities of our real estate investment platform. Working alongside our frontend developers and product team, you will develop server-side logic, define and maintain the central database, and ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend. You will also be involved in expanding our technical stack as we grow. Your goals will be to :

• Develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company’s needs.

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications.

• Collaborate with Frontend Developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.

• Ensure quality of our technical stack and software reliability.

• Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features.

• Ensure code review and knowledge sharing across the team.

Our current stack includes PHP (Laravel), JS (Vue3), SQL (cloudSQL), Redis, Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, Github and we are looking for the best talents ready to improve it, change it and mold it to make it their own.

• 5+ years of software engineer experience, specifically with PHP

• Strong understanding of Laravel

• Ability to expand into new technologies as needed.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Some Frontend knowledge and cloud architecture knowledge are a plus

• An interest in real-estate and the real-estate investment world is a plus
