Job Responsibilities

As a Data Project Manager Consultant within our data-specialized team, your responsibilities will include:

Leading end-to-end data projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Collaborating with clients to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and effectively communicating project status updates to all stakeholders.

Managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Overseeing data project teams, including data engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders, and facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.

Ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes.

Conducting quality assurance reviews and assessments to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Providing technical expertise and guidance on data-related issues and challenges, and facilitating resolution of technical issues as needed.

Experience in managing TMA (Third-Party Maintenance Agreement) projects, ensuring SLA compliance and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.

Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in data management and project management methodologies.

Profile Desired

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and attributes:

Proven experience in project management, preferably in data-related projects.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate project teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and experience in applying them to deliver successful projects.

Experience in managing Third-Party Maintenance Agreement (TMA) projects, ensuring SLA compliance and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks and issues.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Experience in the data industry or familiarity with data management concepts and technologies is preferred but not required.

Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and business needs, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
