Our vision of MLOPS: The ML Ops Specialist will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of machine learning models, from their conception to their deployment in production. This includes training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment of machine learning models, as well as the maintenance and continuous improvement of the infrastructure needed to support them.

Your team covers: You will work closely with our data scientists, data engineers, R&D engineers, and product managers to develop and implement AI solutions that meet our clients' needs.

ROLE

Design and implementation of efficient data pipelines for training and evaluating machine learning models.

Advanced experience in data engineering and machine learning engineering, with an ability to develop robust architectures for handling and analyzing large datasets.

Training, evaluation, and continuous optimization of models to ensure their effectiveness and accuracy.

Deployment of machine learning models in production environments, using best DevOps practices, including the use of orchestration engines such as Kubernetes as well as CI/CD.

Monitoring and adjusting models in production to ensure their performance and scalability.

Recognized practice of methodologies allowing optimal management of application lifecycles.

Close collaboration with data scientist teams, engineers, and stakeholders to seamlessly integrate models into enterprise applications and services.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proficiency in cloud environments, especially Google Cloud Platform (Vertex.ai is a plus) and/or Microsoft Azure (Azure Machine Learning is appreciated).

Proven experience in training, evaluating, and optimizing machine learning models.

Expertise in DevOps infrastructure management, with knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.

Ability to solve complex problems and continuously innovate in the approach to technological solutions.

Excellence in technical documentation and communication of processes to various audiences.

Skills in one or more programming languages (Python at a minimum, ...).

Appreciated skills in heterogeneous data aggregations (Apache Beam, Kafka/Confluent, Spark, Flink, Google Dataflow, Samza, Twister2, ...).

Higher degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, specializing in machine learning or data science.

Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, fostering a harmonious and productive work environment Non-technical skills:

At least three years of experience in an ML Ops or similar role.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, essential in our dynamic and interdisciplinary environment. Languages:

Knowledge of English is required as most of the technical documentation used will be in this language. This is also the language used by our clients and collaborators throughout the group.
