The position

Job description

As a Business Developer for the French market, your mission is to convert leads into customers. You will join an international inbound team hub composed of 4 market: France, Italy, Spain and Germany. The whole team is based in our brand new offices near to Catalunya in Barcelona!


👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Business Developer France at Qonto, you will


Manage inbound leads and convince CEOs / CFOs / Office Managers of start-ups and SMEs to open an account on Qonto.

Offer a quality client experience, onboard your new customers, and offer them an exceptional level of service

Focus on results and improvement and detect client needs to improve the product

🏅About You


Experience: You have a first experience and up to 2 years as a Business Developer in a scale-up/ SaaS industry similar to our environment

Result-driven: You like to have a visible impact on a daily basis (increase the sales revenue)

Customer-oriented: Your main concern is to satisfy your customer and demonstrate the value of our product

Communication: Your excellent command of French and English (oral and written) allows you to adapt to a diverse audience including C-levels

Resilience: You never give up! Any failure is an opportunity to learn and grow
