Context

You will be part of the CEO Office, a team reporting directly to the CEO, in charge of identifying and delivering strategic projects likely to have a significant impact on our revenue trajectory (ex. international expansion, development of product adjacencies, new sectors’ opening, pricing redefinition, M&A, strategic partnerships, etc.) and preparing and facilitating internal and external communication.

You will be based in Paris and report to the Chief of Staff.

Missions

Strategic projects

- Lead strategy work to identify and assess growth opportunities in core business and new adjacencies 

- Perform market analysis, competitor benchmarking, customer surveying and internal data analysis to size business opportunities and identify key success factors

- Develop Go-To-Market strategies to deliver on these opportunities, collaborating closely with Product and Revenue teams 

- Manage delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring achievement of milestones according to defined timelines

- Monitor market reaction and perform adjustments as needed

Communication

- Develop supporting materials for discussion with Board of Investors

- Prepare monthly performance reviews 

- Prepare and facilitate ad-hoc meetings with leadership and management team

Profile

- 4-5 years of experience in top-tier consulting firm, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or in a strategic position in a fast-growing scale-up

- Strong analytical skills and experience working on strategic topics 

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Comfortable in establishing professional relationships with senior stakeholders

- Self-starter and able to make things happen by yourself

- Excellent understanding of the SaaS busiess 

- High willingness to join a fast-paced early-stage project 

- Fluent in French and English
