If you are interested in discovering a new city, being inspired by a change in scenery, you can visit and work from any Malt office. The local team will be happy to give recommendations on places to eat and sites to see !
In addition to working from any Malt office, Malters can request up to two weeks working from anywhere in Europe each year.

Employees looking to visit a city where Malt has offices can hop into our lively "house swaps" channel on Slack. They post their travel plans and voilà! Awesome colleagues from the destination city respond with their own availability for a house swap.
