🎯Main missions

As the CEO’s “bras droit”, you will be in the front row of an excitingly accelerating startup. You will work directly with Cohort’s founding team on a variety of topics, both strategic and operational: Operations, Sales, Partnerships, Strategy, etc.

  • Operations, a multitude of ops topics (customer feedback, internal process optimization, cross-team communication & tools implementation, events)

  • Sales & marketing, help with lead generation, data acquisition and management, and support to sales cycle

  • Partnerships, support the partnership team to build and close a pipeline of partners with the French marketing and digital ecosystem (agencies, martech, other scale ups, consulting firms, tech platforms, etc.)

  • Reporting, monitoring the performance of our acquisition channels

☀️ Your Team and contacts

You will work daily with Séraphie, CEO & Co founder, Valentin, Sales lead and Eugénie, Partnership lead.

They are in charge of Cohort’s Go To Market and value proposition.

Their main objective : keep pushing the boundaries of customer engagement and CRM, and increase Cohort’s revenue.

Profil recherché

  • Student in gap year or final year of higher education, level Bac+4 / Bac+5 in leading business school or university

  • Excellent writing skills and fluency in French and English

  • Creative, organized, rigorous

  • A first experience in an internship or work-study program in consulting, banking or startup is a plus
