Position 

OCUS is scaling :  you will learn in 6 months what you would learn in 2 years elsewhere. 

As a Finance operations manager junior , you will be in direct contact with OCUS’s key stake holders (teams, customers and suppliers). Along with the G&A team, you will ensure the good financial and administrative health of the company. 

You will have a real role to play in contributing to OCUS sustainability and growth. 

Missions

Your mission will be to master and manage all the accounting aspects of a hyper-growth company on a daily basis.

You will : 

• Be responsible for debt collection : automate and monitor flows, anticipate

• Manage invoicing by coordinating the relevant internal Sales, Customer Success and Technical teams

• Receive, register, approve and settle supplier invoices

• Establish weekly and monthly financial reports

• Work on various transversal topics related to Ocus cross-teams issues

Skills

• Interest for accounting, finance and administration

• English language is essential (international clients)

• Basics of business accounting

• Great capacity for summarising

• Molière’s language is a must
