4,5 days work, finishing Fridays at 1pm.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for:
Marketing
Follow-up of partnerships: medical societies, congresses and publications/medias
Raise the word and develop our presence in conferences worldwide
Get involved in the organization of our yearly press conference and public relations
Assist in the production of promotional materials
Customer relationship & consumer insights
Update database and support event registrations
Handle routine correspondences and customer service
This position required good communication skills and involves being rigorous
· Bachelor’s degree in event management, business, marketing or communication
· Bilingual (English/French) skills required
· Past experience in the event industry or medical industry is a plus
· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
· Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure
· Must be able to manage multiple tasks at one time
· Knowledge of Canva or/and InDesign would be a plus
