You will spearhead all of Homaio’s sales effort on the HNWI segment. As such, you will have outsized influence on our north star metric: Collected Assets. This role implies building a high volume transactional sales process across all available channels. As the team grows, you will structure and manage a small team across the entire sales lifecycle.

This is a strenuous, client-facing role requiring both strong technical and interpersonal skills. It requires constant client contact. You will be pitching a new financial product, different from everything our prospects are used to. You will need to demonstrate curiosity, tenacity, and an exceptional ability to turn a technical financial instrument into a compelling, engaging story.

Your performance will be measured by the amount invested by your clients. As your role evolves, you will be able to build and manage a coherent sales team.

Outcomes we are expecting:

  • Set up and fine-tune a tenacious approach to build a high volume pipeline of qualified leads of High Net Worth Individuals;

  • Engage with prospects and secure investments as you turn them into loyal clients while increasing the average amount invested;

  • Generate opportunities in various French and European cities

  • Structure a small team across the sales cycle (SDR / CS).

Profil recherché

You will be a good fit if:

  • You have significant (5+ years) previous experience selling financial products, ideally alternative assets, to High Net Worth Individuals (incl. Limited Partners, family offices, private banks, wealth managers, etc);

  • You are an energetic hunter and a competitor. You like to close and win deals. You can outreach to a high volume of prospects in a variety of manners. You are persistent and tenacious;

  • Stellar people skills: you have empathy, can read a room, build a relationship, nurture a network, and adapt to your audience. You are communicative and fun;

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and French. You can express yourself in a clear, concise, and structured manner. You enjoy writing.

  • Above all, you radiate energy. You can influence through persuasion, negotiation, and logic. You’re driven by success and impact;

  • You are highly independent, organized and structured;

  • A great attitude and ability to collaborate with a small team in a high stakes, low stability environment.
