Aircall is looking for a Strategic Projects Manager to support strategic initiatives run by Aircall executive team. Your role is to coordinate and accelerate the execution of large, transversal projects that involved multiple functions and teams.

We are looking for a talented professional with strong project management experience, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and interacting with senior-level executives.

What you will do :

• Implement project management methods and tools (metrics & goals, execution plan, progress reports, etc)
• Detect and resolve blocking factors
• Build models and analyses to support data-driven decisions
• Facilitate coordination & decision-making when conflicting logics appear (Marketing / Sales / Customer success / Product / Tech) Examples : NPS improvement, Customer excellence, make or buy decisions, partnerships prioritization
• Reporting to CEO, you will be in frequent contact with the executive team and work on a daily basis with a very large set of people

• You alredy have an experience in project management, typically in a strategy consulting environment or in a start-up
• Ability to mix high-level strategic perspective with operational common sense
• Analysis and synthesis skills
• Ability to grasp quickly complex issues covering a wide range of topics (tech / business / HR / finance)
• Sense of humor….you will be tested in your interviews :)
